This service is a backup of your data before diagnostics are started on your computer. Securley stored on our backup server for 30 day's after repair is completed.

No - We can not guarantee your data without a backup so if there is anything important you will need to back it up first or have us back it up. If for example the hard drive is in the process of failing and we run tests on the system it is possible that the test could cause the drive to fail completely.
